Faith is spelled R.I.S.K.

Will God really do it?

I heard that quote this week and it just blew me away because it makes it so simple to visualize what it feels like to step out in faith. You don’t need any faith at all to just go do what you can already do. You don’t need any faith at all to execute on what you’re already capable of and what you already understand. If you need God to show up and do with you (and for you) that which you can’t do on your own, it’s gonna feel super Risky! Do it anyway. If you really want Him to do more than you could ask or imagine, why would you expect it to be simple and riskless right away?

The path forward in faith always seems ‘dark and full of terrors’ - yet it is exactly what He’s calling you to do. Take that risk. Quit that job. Leave that relationship. Make that investment. Step out in faith. Yes, today. Yes right now. Let’s go!

Happy Saturday y’all

ps… Here’s the podcast where I heard this. It’s a deep one. I’ve listened to it a handful of times already. Hold on to your hat!
