Negative Ghost Rider

The ability to say NO ranks super-high on the list of the most important lesson you can learn - both in business building and in life. In my coaching business, I’ve found that helping clients to say ‘NO’ to way more things can quickly change everything in their world. Yes should be reserved for prime objective stuff only. Everything else just brings a lack of focus that will kill your ability to execute effectively. You’ll be busy but go nowhere.

Entrepreneurs and business owners usually feel the need to do it all. We want to make it happen at all cost. If you’re any kind of a people pleaser, it’s game over on saying no. You’ll say yes for sure!

Try this next week.

Say NO in your head to every single thing that comes up before you open your mouth. Only change that NO thought to a yes if it moves you directly toward your goals.
