I'm Cool In A Cave

I heard a pastor named Lee Cummings recently say something like ‘It’s easy to be spiritual in a cave’. That’s so true! People make it messy, don’t they? (shout out to Christopher Cook for his amazing podcast with Lee)

For me, it’s those slow left-lane drivers! I’m such a sweet Christ-like dude until I’m on the highway. Very quickly I’d like to kill everyone around me. It takes like 8 seconds. It’s like an out-of-body experience! Can you relate? I guess not.

Jesus said ‘If your right eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.’ (Matthew 5:29).

I take that to mean that I should never drive again. I’m taking applications now for my personal chauffeur! The pay is not great though 🙂
