Go Until I Say Stop

Once you commit to following Jesus, it’s easy to get caught in this trap of trying to figure out which way He wants you to go in life; which choice He wants you to make today; which road is best.

It’s a trap. Don’t sit still. You can’t steer a boat that’s not moving.

There are two schools of thought here. It’s sort of ‘glass half empty vs glass half full’. Where do you stand on that one? I’m actually completely full. Not interested in half of anything :)

You’re either a ‘stop until God says go’ kinda follower or you are a ‘Go until God says STOP’ disciple.

Just make your best choice and go. He’ll stop you if it’s not the right way. Especially if you ask Him in that tone.

But don’t tiptoe in and stop at the first resistance either. Once you commit there will be resistance. That’s not God. It’s the other dude.

Full commitment. Full life. Full throttle.
