Gotta Interrupt

We make things so hard most of the time. It’s just hard between our ears. It’s not actually hard once you break through once.

Sometimes breaking the routine is all that’s required. The habit gets stronger and stronger every day that it’s repeated. This is bad news and good news. It’s bad news when the habit doesn’t serve you well. The good news is that you can break the pattern and replace that habit with a new one. It’s not easy but the new habit also gets stronger and stronger and stronger with each passing day!

Interrupting the old pattern starts with one day. Just one. Put it down for one day. Then go two. Then three.
