I’ve become a big fan of concepts like ‘asking better questions’ and ‘knowing exactly what to say’ - especially in a sales conversation but really this is true for ALL conversations with all humans.

If you want to have a truly amazing conversation with the next person you encounter, try this… Go 4 levels deep asking open-ended questions…

Why do you feel that way?

OK and who else is affected by that?

What would happen if you had ____ happen next?

What would you do next?

Those are just example questions but you get the idea?

And, guess what, they’ll love you more just for asking.
